About the role
The primary function of this position is to provide administrative and organizational support in coordination, compilation, and quality control of study data and documentation management; assist with compliance of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) with preparation and quality control of data for reporting and study audits; prepare necropsy and post necropsy forms and obtain Study Director approval as necessary; verification of raw data and organization of necropsy notebooks; maintenance and organization of files and folders on the network; monitor and communicate study deadlines; ensure that study data is available to Safety Assessment and submitted to Quality Assurance.
What You’ll Do Here
- Manages and reviews laboratory data ensuring completeness and compliance with GLP regulations.
- Assures verification of raw data for inclusion in study reports.
- Coordinates efforts within assigned department to respond to audit findings.
- Focuses on process management and standardization to improve efficiency.
- Monitors and communicates study deadlines to ensure adherence to set schedules.
- Maintains and organizes files and folders on network server.
- Manages the timely review and assembly of study documentation.
- Assists with equipment and laboratory records.
- Performs facility archiving as needed.
- Ensures that study data is available to Safety Assessment for reporting according to study and company requirements.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- A Baccalaureate degree or college coursework in a scientific discipline and relevant experience may substitute for the educational requirements.
- 0-1 years’ experience in a scientific environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
What We Offer
The pay range estimated for this position is $22.00 to $26.00. Please note that hourly rates/salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, prior relevant experience, skills, education, certification, location as well as internal equity and market data.
