About The Role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join our dynamic method development team. The role’s main responsibility is to contribute to the development of bioanalytical methods and perform sample analysis.

What You'll Do Here

  • Conduct bioanalytical assays for small and large molecules using LC-MS/MS.
  • Perform sample preparation, analysis, and data interpretation in line with project timelines and quality standards.
  • Assist in method development under the supervision of senior staff, including method transfers and non-GLP sample analysis.
  • Maintain proper documentation as per laboratory assignments.
  • Contribute to the drafting and review SOPs for bioanalytical methods.
  • Ense compliance with general SOPs and adhere to good laboratory practices (GLP) and good clinical practices (GCP) where applicable.
  • Stay updated on new SOPs, procedures, and techniques through training sessions, team meetings, and internal communication channels.
  • Uphold Health and Safety standards, including personal protection, laboratory maintenance, and compliance with company guidelines and policies.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • College or Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Preferably, a minimum of 2 years of industry experience in a bioanalytical laboratory.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork.
