About the Role:

 

We have an exciting opportunity at our so.da social digital agency for a Social Producer. Reporting to so.da’s Lead Producer, you’ll be responsible for creating, producing and executing original content for all social platforms. Working directly with the production team, managed services team, social strategists, and clients, you will create innovative content that aligns with brand objectives and marketing/sales goals. 

 

You will contribute by:

 

  • Producing exceptional social and digital content including concepting, filming (on phone or similar provided equipment) and editing content with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, Photoshop and After Effects).
  • Creating post-produced motion graphic video content and graphic layouts for static content.
  • Contribute to brainstorm and pitch sessions for client proposals.
  • Develop video and static concepts, briefs and shot lists and present to the team.
  • Working closely with a team of social and digital strategists to develop, collaborate, and produce bespoke content that is innovative and drives engagement. 
  • Identify campaign ideas, trending content, and other social/digital opportunities that can be adapted to client work and meet brand objectives.
  • Working within tight deadlines while managing multiple client projects.


Skills and experience you will bring:
 

  • A minimum of 3+ years as a content creator or social producer with experience concepting, writing, filming, motion graphics and editing video or static content for social and/or digital 
  • Experience editing with Adobe CC Premiere and Photoshop to edit and deliver assets to platform specifications.
  • Experience in graphics design and motion graphics using After Effects and Illustrator.
  • A solid understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest etc.) and their best practices
  • You have a passion for storytelling with the ability to generate creative, results-oriented content and campaign strategies across all platforms.
  • Excellent time management skills in an energetic, fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a drive for continued learning
  • Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

A creative project will be given to those shortlisted.
