Work Status: Full-Time 12 month contract 

Location: Toronto, ON. Temporarily remote/work from home within Ontario.


About the Role:

 

Corus has an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Coordinator in our Corus Tempo department. Reporting to the Client Services Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

 

You will contribute by:

 

  • Provide administrative support to a busy team of Broadcast and Digital Project Managers
  • Develop post report campaign summaries with direction from the Project Manager
  • Quality Assurance duties as assigned by Project Management team (perform log checks, review contracts, review digital creative and contest sites, other as assigned)
  • Attend project related meetings as needed
  • Generate project briefing documents on behalf of Project Managers as needed
  • Research product/project details for briefing documents
  • Moderate and post user generated and aggregate content
  • Project Manage small scoped projects as needed
  • Attend workback meetings with key stakeholders as needed, update workback schedules based on Project Management direction (and re-distribute to team)
  • Ensure Project Management Manual is continually updated with current information
  • Update and create Project Management templates as needed
  • Review project elements including show content
  • Assist with contest fulfillment as needed - contacting winners and shipping prizes
  • Help identify process efficiencies and act on them
  • Archival and deletion of information with direction from the Project Manager
  • Other duties as assigned


Skills and experience you will bring:

 

  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize, handle a heavy workload and work well under pressure
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Broadcast and digital production experience is an asset
  • Must be capable of working independently while working well in a team environment
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Pro-active, self-starter
  • Results and client service focused
