Supervising Producer, Country Digital Content
About the Role:
Reporting to VP, Head of FM Radio, you will be responsible for:
·Strategize and manage the conceptualization, production, filming and editing of special projects for country digital content, including branded and unbranded video shoots, celebrity interviews, etc.
·Daily quality checks and maintenance of online video and visual content
·Edit and add design elements to videos in post-production, as required.
·Assist Content and Social Coordinators with the management of all video and visual content production including sourcing, screening, QA, adding metadata and uploading.
·Assist in the development of KPI for country digital content, while using analytical tools to understand performance and success metrics
·Assist with boosting/dark posting of content as appropriate across all platforms
·Take part in sales and promotions/marketing discussions and implement related plans as required
·Travel to capture content, as required
·Work with Corus Content and Social Coordinators to manage the sharing of video and visual content to appropriate social media channels.
What We Need From You:
·A passion for country music, lifestyle/entertainment knowledge and a keen interest in current events
·Experience in the online environment, especially video editing and feature production.
·Excellent project management skills.
·Strong working knowledge of YouTube, YouTube Studio and analytics, and best practices promoted on the video platform.
·The ability to produce, shoot and edit a variety of entertainment-related videos.
·Experience using live streaming hardware and applications – YouTube Studio, Snappy TV, etc.
·Experience creating content for social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
·Experience with digital production equipment, including digital video cameras, DSLRs, etc.
·Familiarity with online tools and languages, including digital video, HTML, Photoshop, FTP, and Microsoft Office suite.
·Knowledge of video workflow from booking feeds and ingest to online distribution.
·Diverse content experience across multiple verticals and formats, including digital video, text articles, blogs, social media tools, digital photos.
·Excellent organizational, communication and creativity skills including the ability to brainstorm and create content that works on the web.
·Strong interpersonal and communication skills and experience working with several internal and external stakeholders.
