Position Title: Intermediate Technology Specialist, Enterprise Platforms (Client Care Technologies)
Reports To: Technology Manager, Client Care Technologies
Department:
IT Enterprise Platforms
Term: Permanent Full-Time

 

Work Arrangements: This is a hybrid role. You will work in our office in Waterloo, ON a minimum of two (2) assigned, consecutive days every other week, plus a fifth (5th) assigned day per month. You are welcome to work from the office more than the minimum requirement and there may be some roles that are required to work in our office more than the minimum requirement.

Equitable is looking for an Intermediate Technology Specialist, Client Care Technology to join their Enterprise Platform team! We’re looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about Contact Centre and Client Relationship Management technologies. The successful candidate will collaborate with our LOB teams to ensure a first-in-class Client experience across our Client Care platforms. What you will be doing:

  • Supporting the client care technology solutions, such as Contact-Center-as-a-Service and Client Relationship Management.
  • System optimization, monitoring, upkeep, access management, and lifecycle management.
  • Develop integrations between Client Care technologies and other core systems and platforms. For example – ServiceNow, Content Management Systems.
  • Continuous upgrades and feature deployments through a technology delivery lifecycle that includes development, test, and implementation.
  • Provide consultative recommendations and support to enable new business and client support capabilities.
  • Perform other duties as required.

 

 


What you will bring:

  • Degree or diploma in a Computer Sciences program and/or related industry experience
  • Experience with advanced Contact Center and/or Client Relationship Management software.
  • Awareness of Cloud services and integrations tools.
