Reporting to the Global Director Sales Operation, the Customer Service Manager is responsible for managing customer service representatives and monitoring their performance, while still providing excellent service to the customer. Customer service manager will resolve emergency issues, provide training for new employees and handle service issues.


Responsibilities:

 

  • Supervise the customer service team

  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth

  • Interact with customers on a daily basis, responding to their questions and guiding them to the appropriate service

  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution

  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities

  • Recruit, mentor and develop customer service representative and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment

  • Set reasonable customer satisfaction goals and work with the team to meet them on a consistent basis

  • Analyse sales statistics, compile accurate reports and suggest future orderings

  • Assist to other department meetings

 

Required Qualifications:

  • 10 years’ experience in customer service

  • 5 years’ supervisory experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred

  • Bilingual, spoken and written, French & English

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills

  • Ability to translate your skills to other employees through training and mentoring

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
