Objective:


The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will assist with full-cycle recruitment and retaining of Top Talent and high-performing employees. This will include systems support, data and process management, as well as hiring process coordination and improvements to ensure the highest level of candidate and internal customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage reporting and provide full life cycle administrative support for the corporate Talent Acquisition team

  • Craft and update job descriptions (Translation if required)

  • Post all positions to appropriate posting boards and social media sites; monitor their effectiveness

  • Consistently ensure the highest level of candidate experience through coordinating interview schedules and special events

  • Perform background and reference checks

  • Prepare job offer letters and onboarding package through the system (Dayforce)

  • Coordinate / assist hiring managers in the onboarding process for new employees (First Day)

  • Subject matter expert for applicant tracking system (New system integration)

  • Continuously find ways to innovate our processes through research, tools, reporting, etc.

  • Partner and provide support to the Talent Acquisition team in employer branding initiatives including but not limited to social and digital initiatives

  • Source and review resumes, screen applicants/candidates

     

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 years of work experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Recruitment Assistant or similar role

  • Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or relevant experience

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases

  • Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, Indeed)

  • Demonstrated detail orientation; high sense of organization

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to meet tight deadlines;

  • Good knowledge of other Office Suite software’s with advanced skills recognized on Excel

  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral, in French and English (a must)

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and considerable discretion and tact
