About the Role
We’re looking for a Replenishment Analyst to join our Supply Chain team. As Replenishment Analyst, you will coordinate the inventory flow activities through out the supply chain process with the objective of providing high product availability for online customers and retailers. This role will partner with the merchandising team and external suppliers to develop accurate demand forecasts for all SKUs while driving replenishment orders and inventory flow. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your 2+ years of experience in inventory management and forecasting in an emerging market.

 
About Your Day
  • Collaboratively partner with internal departments and external Supplier Partners to ensure timely delivery of products while optimizing supply chain efficiencies.
  • Analyze data to assist team with forecasting inventory replenishment needs based on supply and demand to optimize purchasing decisions. 
  • Partner with other teams on continuous improvement initiatives within the organization on behalf of supply chain to optimize processes and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze OMNI-channel SKU level forecasting
  • Create, monitor, and manage day to day creation of replenishment purchase orders
  • Maximize SKU instock and effective inventory flow, while adjusting to sales/market fluctuations and keeping within set parameters for inventory turn and product margin
  • Research and investigate warehouse out of stocks and implement corrective actions
  • Optimize replenishment parameters that deliver sku in-stock and inventory turn targets
  • Determine best solutions for flowing merchandise to meet inventory and DC operational targets
  • Manage distribution centers inventory levels to achieve the turn and fill rate objectives including service level/in-stock targets
  • Analyze reports daily to identify issues that impact in-stock/inventory & communicate stock availability issues to key stakeholders
  • Recommend replenishment strategies to ensure expectations are met on product availability and inventory turns 

About You
  • Bachelors’ Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field of study, AND/OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Professional Supply chain certifications would be a strong asset. Ex. Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), Retail Supply Chain Certification Program (RSCC), Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP)
  • 2+ years of experience in inventory replenishment / forecasting role
  • 2+ years of experience analyzing data 
  • Experience using Power BI & Tableau 
  • Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Microsoft Excel
