About the Role:

This position provides executive-level assistance to the CEO of Global Aid Network (GAiN) Canada.  

In this role you will be responsible to achieve the following objectives: 

Executive Support
The email inbox of the CEO is maintained and appropriate responses prepared/drafted in response to donors and other incoming requests 
The CEO’s calendar is proactively managed with meeting notifications and appropriate preparation done in advance of appointments 
Expense reconciliations, reports, and travel arrangements for the CEO are completed accurately in a timely way.
International Vision Trips led by the CEO are administrated accurately (i.e. travel arranged for donors, entry visa and paperwork requirements completed) 

Donor Coordination & Engagement Support 
Correspond and schedule meetings with donors, on the behalf of the CEO 
The CEO is prepared for meetings with donors, donor development, and cultivation events. 
The CEO is supported by maintaining his Donor Funnel/Forecasts by providing timely updates. 
Donor data is captured in a clear and organized manner and entered into appropriate databases in coordination with GAiN’s Advancement Team. 
Working with the GAiN Advancement team and the P2C database team, you will acquire a functional working knowledge of the P2C Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to give support, run reports, and track GAiN donors
 
Other 
Participate in all staff meetings and attend weekly HQ chapel
Support external donor facing events and provide logistical support for fundraising events and campaigns when required 
Administrative support is given to office activities as needed

About You:

You have a growing, personal relationship with Jesus Christ 
You are dedicated with a servant's heart
You are passionate about initiative evangelism
You have some post-secondary education in a related field (an asset)
You have experience arranging international travel (an asset)
You have experience in donor relations/CRM management (an asset)
You have 2 – 3 years in an administrative role
You have strong public relation skills with a pleasant and professional demeanour, and are adept in interacting with senior leaders, both internally and externally
You have proven exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to take notes, draft replies and capture information 
You are confident and self-assured enough to handle details and read between the lines
You take initiative to effectively problem solve and handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
You are able to maintain strict confidentiality
You have strong administrative capacity
You are able to think critically
You have a strong understanding of Google products (Gmail, Google Drive, etc)
You pay strong attention to details, even when under time constraints
